ArtWaver lets you add natural graphic effects and movements to your favourite photos, and this way convert them into attractive animated elements. Later you can save them as a screensaver, animated GIF or Flash. You can add the effects with a conventional drawing pencil, and apply filters to a selected area of the image.

Among the many artistic effects and filters you can apply, you´ll find natural effects like rain, snow, water drops, waves, clouds, mist, etc. Movement effects include mirror, blur and others more abstract.

NOTE: For ArtWaver to work correctly it needs Microsoft .NET Frameworkinstalled on your PC.
